Snowdrops V-Stitch Blanket

Hello 👋 there! Here is another aran baby blanket using one of my favourite Scheepjes Chunky Monkey yarns. The Meadow Stripes was a joy to make, I wanted to create a unisex style chunky blanket using the same yarn.

Summer was fleeting in the UK this year, and we are edging into autumn with warmer weather and blue skies. There is something so comforting about a warm, crisp autumn that makes me not want to hibernate, just yet!

The white rows in this blanket reminded me snowdrops and the stitches used between them is the V-stitch. It is a lovely easy repeating pattern, so ideal for beginners.

Happy crocheting!

A humourous journey into the mind of a frustrated crocheter.

When all the rows are completed, sew in the ends, and block your blanket to help even out the sides and give the blanket a neater finish.
